At Freebird Interiors, we understand that having bespoke furniture installed is an important investment. That's why we care about every step of the process from the initial design visit through to the delivery and installation of your furniture. We want you to enjoy the process as much as you enjoy your new furniture!

Design Visit
We provide a design visit and site survey, so that we can really get to know your home and understand your vision. We create a 3D drawing for you to view then follow up with a detailed quotation, so you can be certain of the cost before you commit. There is no obligation until you accept our quotation and place an order. Our payment terms can be viewed here.

Customer Service
We offer you great customer service, led by Camilla, our Customer Service Manager. Camilla will go the extra mile to make sure your experience is smooth and stress-free, ensuring that you're kept up to date with progress throughout.

Built in Sheffield
Your bespoke furniture will be built in our Sheffield workshop to a very high standard using sustainable materials. Our Production Manager Brady oversees the workshop and the team that produce your furniture.

Professional Installation
We strive to make the entire installation process seamless and hassle-free. Our experienced installers will arrive at your home, on time, to assemble and install your bespoke furniture. We are careful to keep a clean and tidy workspace as we install, and we will leave your home as clean and tidy as we found it.

After Care
