How we make our alcove shelving
We build our alcove cabinets using 18mm back panels which give extra rigidity to the shelves. As walls are rarely flat or plum the panel also removes any unsightly gaps between the back, the sides and the shelves, ensuring maximum strength and a high quality appearance. If you would like to match the wall colour behind the shelves then we can spray the back panel in a matching colour to complete the look.
We manufacture and pre-assemble as much as possible in our workshop, and we pre-spray all parts with an environmentally friendly, durable water based paint with a smooth low-sheen finish. The service we offer is the result of years of specialising in this kind of work and refining our methods.
