We aim to make life easy for you at every step of the fitted furniture journey, from pricing through design to installation. Our process has been tailored to minimise unnecessary visits through the coronavirus pandemic.

Step 1: Make Contact!

We like to start with a phone call. You can book this by pressing 'Book a phone call' on our 'Contact' page and find a convenient time for you, from a list of available slots.

This initial call will be with Camilla, our office administrator. It helps to be prepared with rough dimensions of the space(s), and you can email any photos or additional information that Camilla may need to give a guide price after the initial phone call.

Step 2: Providing an Estimate

For fairly standard work, Camilla can provide an accurate quote by email in response to your initial enquiry, with reference to past job photos and drawings.   If your project is complex and requires more development we will book you in for a call or video-call with Alastair our director and designer, where the design may be agreed by a hand drawn sketch and estimate sent by email.

Step 3: Survey and Design

After agreement on the outline design and price, we will take a 25% downpayment to book your place in our queue, and schedule a survey visit.

Step 4: Manufacture & Spray Painting

When all details are agreed we will take a second downpayment of 25%, schedule an installation date, and place orders for materials.  With all component parts received we will commence manufacture shortly before the installation.  Parts will also be spray painted ahead of installation.  The exact date of installation will be confirmed as the time approaches, and you should advise us of any limitations on your availability around that time, including prior work that needs to be completed; hoped-for deadlines; or holidays.

Step 5: Installation

We will confirm the day and arrival time (usually 8am) within the week prior.  You must clear the room of furniture as much as possible to provide ample workspace; and remove anything fragile from the room itself, and the route through, including pictures from walls and fragile light fittings.  Wherever possible installations are carried out by one man.  Just open the door for him and he will be happy to work socially distanced and efficiently.   He will lay down dust sheets, and use dust extraction for trims that will be made on a workbench set up within the room.  The majority of our alcove projects can be fitted in one day.  Very few of our projects take longer than 3 days.
